Who are some of your biggest influences?
”Some of my biggest influences are x, migos, playboi carti, and chief keef, n summrs.”
What is it like growing up in the Washington music scene?
“I started making music early and the music scene was fun, but now a lot of us are on to a different sound, so the scene is split up. It’s cool though it’s so many sounds coming out of the PNW”
What are your interests outside of music?
”My interests outside of music are cooking and basketball, n geology, I used to and still want to discover some crazy lost city lol, when I get rich ima become an archeologist n go exploring!”
How would you describe your music to someone who has never listened to you?
“My music to someone who’s never listening to me is probably a bunch of noises. But once you unlayer the pieces of my songs you gonna leave your body.”
What does music mean to you?
”Music means everything to me. I’ve been around the music process since I was really little so it’s something I’ve always had the knack for. I was playing the drums at 3. And I have a song even I recorded at 3!”
What can fans expect from you within the next 3 months?
”Supporters can expect masterpieces within the next 3 months. Gonna show a crazy sound. Something Seattle ain’t heard of yet.”
What song of yours would you recommend to someone who has never listened to you and why?
”If you’ve never listened to me. Listen to horror prod goyxrd by me. It’s a song that you can relate to and vibe to. And the beat carries a soul and voice of its own.”
Where do you find inspiration?
”I gain inspiration from my shortcomings in life, every time something bad happens i gain inspiration, almost from every mistake. And we all have a higher purpose in this world, knowing I’m working to reach my highest potential motivates me every single day.”
Do you prefer to record during the day or night and why?
“I prefer to record at night lol most of the time I record all night until I can’t record anymore. The cold night aesthetic fits my music. So I like to record at night when the energy is hitting the most.”
If you could get a feature from anyone, who would it be and why?
”If I could get a feature from anyone It would be playboi carti, because I remember when carti had the same level of following in 2015-2016. I was hip early. So go see how big he is now is just crazy man. If I got a song with him it’d be like things came full circle.”
Last question, do you have any advice for people wanting to step into the music industry?
”My advice for anyone coming into the music industry is to perfect your craft and don’t let ego get in the way of things. pay for features and beats from other artists. You aren’t better than anyone else. We are all the same trying to make it. And don’t stop grinding. There’s always another person waiting to take ur spot and Idk about you but no one taking mine!”
