Dreamer’s Story

YB2K is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated project titled “Dreamer’s Story.” When asked about the meaning behind this upcoming project, he shared, “This project is deeply personal to me, as it is a culmination of my upbringing and the life experiences that have shaped my identity. Additionally, "Dreamer's Story" serves as a reflection of the community that surrounds me and a voice for those that have played a significant role in my development as an artist and as a person.”

This 6 track EP releasing on March 1st explores a range of emotions, drawing from the highs and lows of YB2Ks life's journey. His intention with this body of work is to connect with listeners on a more profound level, regardless of the emotions they may be experiencing. Whether it's moments of sadness, joy, love, or heartbreak, he aims for the EP to resonate with individuals regardless of what they are feeling or going through.

The concept for "Dreamer's Story" originated a year ago during YB2Ks junior year at the University of Washington. However, the majority of the work on the EP has taken place over the past four months, following his new management deal with Top Floor Ent CEO, "Rio," who also serves as an A&R for Hit House Ent known for Rod Wave.

“I’ve always been the one to dream big, and music has always been my passion. I have dreamt of making a name for myself in the industry since middle school. Over the past year, I have been fortunate enough to experience various milestones, including opening for Mariah The Scientist and receiving a co-sign from Toosii. Additionally, my songs have been featured during Rod Wave's recent tour. And "Dreamer's Story" is a testament that through all the ups and downs as long as you keep chasing that dream every goal is attainable. It’s a reflection of my dreams but also a testament to the power of ambition and perseverance. I believe that this project serves as an inspiration for anyone who dares to dream big.”
